There's much to see here on our website. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about the Lake Dallas Tiny Home Village. We hope you enjoy our site. Please keep in mind the Lake Dallas Tiny Home Village isn't open to the public and anyone entering the property will be asked to leave. We do give tours from time to time and those tours will be posted here on our website.

Availability of lots, homes

At this time all 13 lots are full. When we have an opening we will post that information here on our Website and on our Facebook group. To clarify, we only lease lots so you'll need to bring your own home. There are no rental tiny homes available in our Village, only owner-occupied homes.

2021-2022 Updates

The popularity of the Lake Dallas Tiny Home Village is exciting, humbling and challenging. We're at almost 5,400 Facebook group members and we haven't even put together our Instagram page yet. We're still getting media requests. With the popularity we've been overwhelmed with information requests and requests to get on our Wait List. With limited staff, we've had difficulties getting to everyone's requests.

Group tours

Limited tours are available so check out website and Facebook group for upcoming tour dates and times. Tours are about an hour and we answer questions throughout the tour. These are Village tours only as the actual homes are not included. We do our best to respect the privacy of our residents. Tours are $10. All funds will be used for upkeep of the Village grounds. Children 18 and under are free.

Applications/Wait List

Those interested in applying for open spaces or getting on the Wait List for future space openings will be able to find the Application on the front page of our website. The Application Fee is $100 and includes a phone visit and a private Village tour. You may use the $100 application fee towards your first month's rent. No refunds will be offered. If you're not sure you're ready to take this step just be patient and join us for one of the Group Tours where you'll get to see the Village and ask questions.

Reservation List

Those ready to make the move to tiny living at our Village may wish to go ahead and reserve a lot. You'll go through the application process (see above) and then you can put a deposit on a lot so when a lot comes available those on the Reservation List will have first chance. The Reservation List deposit is $1,000 and serves as a typical security deposit. These deposits will only be refunded following a minimum of one year stay.

The Lake Dallas Tiny Home Village is a peaceful place our resident's call home. The Village is private property and is NOT open to the public. Please DO NOT ENTER THE PROPERTY for any reason except on an official tour. Anyone entering the property will be considered trespassers and will be quickly escorted off the property. Lake Dallas Police Department is located just two blocks from our Village. Thank you.
